May So Far

Well I can't believe that it is already the middle of May?! Where has the time gone? Our daughters last day of school is on Wed and I think in their minds they are already out. I was going through my camera and found some pics that I had taken a couple of weeks ago that I had forgot about (that happens a lot lately :)) At the beginning of May my sister in law and her hubby went to a seminar and we got to keep the boys for the day. Our lil man loved having the boys here to play with non stop all day long. Here are some pics from the day.

The lil guys playing cars in lil man's room.

The younger ones watching Bolt.

A lil hitting practice.

The middle children

Where is all the fun? The Splash Block, where else can you find rolly polly and snails galore?

As I have mentioned our lil man is a sport junkie. On Mother's Day my Dad's mom always likes to go golfing. My hubby is injured so he wasn't able to play with the rest of the family, but when they were almost done he took lil man up to the course. I texted him to see if lil man was having fun and his response was "Uh Yeah." My dad and hubby took lil man to the driving range and practice green. He thought he was big stuff. We met them up there for dinner so I was able to get a few pictures.
My dad and lil man putting.

My hubby, middle daughter and lil man riding in the golf cart.

I hope everyone is enjoying May and the beginning of summer!

Lion Mania

Well another year of Lion Mania has come to an end. Every year at the end of the school year the choirs put on their last show/talent show. The students have a lot of fun with it since a lot of the songs are songs they like and pick. There is also a variety of solos, duos, trios, groups and more that share their talent. It was another great year and the kids did great. Our oldest sang a solo again this year. She sang "Halo" by Beyonce. She has been blessed with a talent that is for sure and she sounded great. She is also part of the Concert Choir and Madrigals. They sang a number of great songs. The Madrigals last number was "Thriller". They did a great job of dancing and singing. Here are some pictures of the show that my dad took.

Our oldest singing "Halo"

Mother's Day

I know this is a lil late but I wanted to have this pic to go along with the post. I hope that all you Mothers had a wonderful day. I know for as long as I can remember being a Mommy is what I wanted more than anything. Although there are days that make me want to pull my hair out I love being a Mommy to my kids. Each one of my kids are very special to me in their own way. I love them so much and could not imagine not having them. One of the most special words I think there is, is the word Mom. When one of my kids says that it just means so much to me. I love hearing it. The other morning at breakfast my lil man was sitting on my lap as he ate. All of a sudden he stopped turned around, gave me a big hug and said I love you. Talk about making a Mom's heart melt. When kids say it on their own w/o you saying it first it means so much more. So to all the moms out there that do so much for their kids Happy Mother's Day (a lil late :))

Spring Sing

Our youngest daughter had her music program last week. All of the kids did a great job of singing a variety of songs. During one of the songs our daughter had a bell part. She had a lot of fun playing the bells. Our lil man was so excited she was going to play the bells that he kept telling everyone "Bells, Bells". I then had to explain what he was talking about. She was supported as always by her loving fans. Here are some pics from the concert that her Gmac took.
She is in the white shirt and black pants.
Here she is concentrating on the bells.
Here are our kids (except for Lo of course :))
Our oldest had her variety show last night and tonight. As soon as I get pics from it I will post them.
